1Can I use my Fast Pass for my spouse's car, too?
No, Each car must have its own Fast Pass.
2Will I get a refund if I cancel?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
3Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, you can find this number on the pass in your windshield. Ex: 12345+123456”
4I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have your pass number, please visit the wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle.
5Can I change my plan type online?
No, you will need to stop by the wash location to change plans.
6How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
“Membership cancellations must be requested 5 days prior to recharge date to avoid further charges. There are no partial month(s) refunds if you terminate your plan before your monthly recharge. Once your plan is discontinued, your pass will be active through the next recharge date.”
7Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Only if you make the request or update on the website. If you have an email on file with us, you will receive an email with a receipt for each recharge.
8If I am part of a group/family plan, what pass number should I use?
Each member in the plan has their own pass number; however, only the group leader may update the credit card on file or make changes to the group. If the group leader cancels or makes a change to the plan, it affects the entire group.
9Does Ultimate Shine use plastic brushes to wash vehicles?
Absolutely not! Our state-of-the-art equipment employs the self -cleaning Neo Tex foam brushes. These brushes are designed not to hold onto any coarse materials or dirt from the vehicles. The Neo Tex is saturated with water and bio-degradable detergents and gently washes away road grime and dirt. Keep in mind many stand-alone car washes like the ones found at gas stations still use plastic brushes that can damage a vehicle if used on a regular basis.
10Is it true that the build-up of brake dust on my wheels can cause permanent damage?
This is true. The build-up of brake dust can cause pitting of the wheel. Once the wheel becomes pitted the damage is irreversible. The best way to prevent this is to choose a package that includes the Wheel Clean feature. Our Rain Repel and Shine, Hot Wax and Shine, Lava Shield and Shine, and Manager's Special packages offer this component.

12I need to update my card on file; how do I do this?

13Why am I being charged each month when I haven’t been using the membership?
Memberships are on auto bill. So even if you have not been using your membership, you will still be billed for it.
14Why is the location closed?
Locations may be closed due to: Rain, Freezing Temperatures, Maintenance, or a scheduled downtime.
15I got a new car; can I transfer my membership, or do I have to start over?
Just visit the location closest to you and they will get your Fast Pass installed in your New Car!
16What are your hours?
We are open at all locations from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM year-round.
