Unlimited Memberships

1What is the Monthly Wash Club?
The Monthly Wash Club is a membership service that allows members to wash their vehicle every day (weather permitting) for one low monthly charge.
2How often can I wash my vehicle with an unlimited membership?
You can wash the vehicle linked to your unlimited membership as often as you’d like! Our Ultimate Ceramix package only allows for the Ceramix coating 2x/day; you can come through more than that, but you will not receive the Ceramix coating.
3How much does it cost to join the Monthly Wash Club?

Discounted Introductory Period

If a discounted, introductory or promotional offer period is available under the membership plan purchased it will be specified at the time of purchase. The availability, duration, and any other terms for the introductory or promotional offer period may vary as determined by us at our sole discretion. At the expiration of any discounted introductory or promotional offer period, we will charge the then-current regular price for your chosen membership plan on your next billing cycle to your payment method and your membership will automatically renew at such then-current regular price unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the discounted introductory or promotional offer period.  If we determine that you are not eligible for the introductory or promotional discount, we reserve the right to revoke your discounted introductory or period and charge you the then-current regular price for the plan you selected and/or put your membership plan on hold or inactive status.

4Will I get a refund if I cancel?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
5Can I change my plan type online?
You can speak with a team member at any location, call our locations, or fill out the request form on our website.
6Are there long-term contracts when I join the Monthly Wash Club?
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
7What types of discounts do you offer and how do I take advantage of them?
Military, College Student, First Responder, Government Employee – Must speak with a team member on site and sign up inside the office.
8Will my credit/debit card be charged monthly for a Monthly Wash Club membership?
Yes. Your card will be auto-charged monthly on the same day of the month that you signed up. If you sign up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your payment will be processed on the 28th of every month thereafter.

Example: You sign up on March 5. Your card will be charged on the 5th of the month each month thereafter that your membership is active.
9Can I use my Monthly Wash Club membership for multiple vehicles?
No. Membership plans are activated for each vehicle and must be enrolled individually. Upon enrollment, each vehicle will receive a unique Fast Pass.
10What happens with my Monthly Wash Club membership if I sell my car?
You can transfer your Unlimited Wash Plan to another vehicle by stopping by any Ultimate Shine location. An attendant will deactivate the old pass and provide a new pass sticker to adhere to your vehicle.
11Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Only if you make the request or update on the website. If you have an email on file with us, you will receive an email with a receipt for each recharge.
12How do I cancel or change my membership?
You can speak with a team member at any location, call our locations, or fill out the request form on our website.
13Do I need my unlimited membership tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes. You can find this number on the pass in your windshield. Ex: 12345+123456
14How do I update the credit card on file for my membership?

IMPORTANT


Membership cancellations must be requested at least 5 days prior to your plan anniversary date to avoid further charges. There are no partial month(s) refunds if you terminate before your monthly charge date. Your pass will be active through the next recharge date.

2Do you offer family plans?

3If I am part of a group/family plan, what pass number should I use?
Each member in the plan has their own pass number; however, only the group leader may update the credit card on file or make changes to the group. If the group leader cancels or makes a change to the plan, it affects the entire group.

Tunnel Safety & Location Details

1What is the average height/width of the car wash tunnels?
Most Ultimate Shine wash tunnels average between 7 feet and 7 feet 3 inches; however, all tunnels are different sizes. For specific dimensions or recommendations on whether your vehicle can safely wash with us, please speak with your local car wash attendant.
2Will my dual-tire (dually) truck fit in your car wash?
Select locations can accommodate dual-tire trucks. Please see location for details.
3Is your car wash safe for convertibles or soft-top vehicles?
Yes; however, we are not responsible for any damage caused by rips or tears or improper sealing on the vehicle.
4Is it true that the buildup of brake dust on my wheels can cause permanent damage?
This is true. The buildup of brake dust can cause pitting of the wheel. Once the wheel becomes pitted the damage is irreversible. The best way to prevent this is to choose a package that includes the Wheel Clean feature. Our Rain Repel and Shine, Hot Wax and Shine, Lava Shield and Shine, and Manager’s Special packages offer this component.
5Why is the car wash closed?
Locations may be closed due to rain, freezing temperatures, maintenance, or scheduled downtime.
6Is your tire shine water-based or petroleum-based?
Our tire shine is petroleum-based.
7Are your products/chemicals safe for my car’s finish?
Yes. We use the highest quality chemicals, which are crafted with a range of pH solutions to get the car clean and ensure they’re safe for your vehicle’s finish.
8Will the wash damage my vehicle?
No. We use high-quality microfiber soft cloth and foam material within our wash tunnels that are effective at removing dirt, yet gentle on your vehicle’s exterior.
9Are you allowed to bring a trailer or RV through the car wash?
For the safety of our customers and employees, we do not allow trailers or RVs through the tunnel.
10What payment methods are accepted at your locations?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash at most locations. Cash is not accepted at some locations. See locations for details.
11Do you have free vacuums?
Yes! All our washes come with the use of free vacuums, towels, mat cleaners, glass cleaner, and air compressors. Air compressors are available only at select locations.

13Are bike racks on vehicles allowed to go through the wash?
Yes for most; however, Ultimate Shine is not responsible for any damage if it’s caught on anything in the wash. Our team will let you know if it cannot go through.
14Is Ultimate Shine responsible if my vehicle gets damaged by going through the tunnel?
Ultimate Shine is not responsible for:

  • Antennas, including telescoping, satellite, OnStar, or mobile phone
  • Non-factory-installed items or accessories
    • Bug guards
    • Visors
    • Spoilers
    • Decals
    • License plates, covers, or frames
    • Rims that extend beyond the wheel well
    • Oversize rims
    • Damage to TPMS sensors with extensions
    • Light or tow bars
    • Magnets
    • Hitch covers
    • Luggage or ski racks and running boards
  • Any loose parts
  • Previous damages
  • Spare tire covers
  • Windshield cracks due to rock chip(s)
  • Vehicles older than 7 years old
  • Customized lowered (suspension) automobiles and dually trucks
  • Driver error

Before entering the wash:

  • Remove antenna
  • Turn off radio if you have a retractable antenna
  • Fold mirrors
  • Turn off automatic wipers
  • Clean out truck beds
  • Remove hitch extensions
  • Remove bike racks and bikes

TRUCK BEDS MUST BE EMPTY.
